Macildowie HR is working with a growing business to recruit an HR Assistant to undertake most HR aspects of the business to and support the HR Advisors to provide a comprehensive administrative support service. This is a permanent role based in Warwickshire. ?18,000-?20,000.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Advisor the main scope of this role is to play an integral part of the HR team, by being a part of the recruitment admin process, responding to job vacancies, preparation of documents for new starters, leavers, job applicants and other staff changes.

You will also be involved in the preparation of letters and documentation regarding referencing and Right to Work checks as well as the general maintenance and updating of accurate record systems, both paper and electronic, also provision of cost information and regular statistics.

Externally you will be working with prospective job applicants, external benefit providers and recruitment agencies whilst internally you will establish and maintain relationships with managers and staff at all levels ensuring a great service.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in similar HR role, with great administrative and organisation skills, along with great time management the ability to work on own and make decisions and be able to prioritise and produce quality work under pressure.

As an individual you will take a positive attitude to dealing with queries and be able to adopt a pro-active and customer-focused attitude and understand the importance of confidential information.
