Macildowie HR are currently working an organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for HR Assistant to join their current team of two to provide a complete, professional Human Resources Administration support service to the Human Resources Business Partner.
Key responsibilities: -Ensures that all aspects of the recruitment administration process are completed efficiently. -To produce contractual information and offer packs. -Process starters, leavers, probation's, promotions, changes to employee circumstances, references in line with company procedures. -Produce monthly statistical HR reports. -Update organisational charts. -Provide induction packs for new employees. -Accurately maintain manual personnel files in a confidential manner.
Skills: -Desirable that the job holder will have experience of all aspects of Human Resources administration life-cycle -Have a high level of professional credibility and be able to deal confidently at all levels, have excellent communications skills, verbal and written, with experience of drafting business correspondence. -Must be a self-starter who can work independently, must be very detail oriented, well organised and have the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. -The job holder will be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with a strong familiarity with the Internet, HR systems and knowledge of e-mail applications.
The ideal candidate for this position would be a HR Administrator who has a year's experience and is looking to go to an organisation where they can begin a fantastic career in HR.
