Interim HR Advisor (3 months)
?22,000- 28,000 (pro rata)

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Leicestershire for a 3 month fixed term contract.
The role is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is currently unemployed and immediately available looking to develop their CV.

Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for all routine administration within the HR department alongside supporting other business units.
These will include:-
Recruitment admin correspondence, writing job descriptions and adverts, arranging interviews and generation of contracts
Weekly & monthly reporting
Setting up annual training plans and collating of training course material
To prepare and complete new starter & leaver processes and maintain HR records within SAP HR
Ensuring processes are in line with legal regulations and company policy procedures.
Payroll activities especially data input
Disciplinaries / grievance assisting when necessary, taking notes, etc.

To be successful you will have a good standard of education.
In addition you will be CPP/CHRP qualified or working towards your CIPD.
