Macildowie HR is working with a well known multi site business to recruit a fast-paced HR Advisor based in Northamptonshire. The role will be very generalist and allow you to get involved in a large volume of projects as the business and role develops. The role is permanent and the business is looking to pay around ?25,000-?28,000, dependant on experience.

The Role:

  • To provide a generalist service to this company by being a key point of contact and take ownership for all generalist HR requests
  • Provide advice and guidance on generalist employee requests and managing employee relations cases
  • To identify areas for process improvement and recommend pragmatic solutions and to ensure all aspects of the employee lifecycle are mapped out and delivered
  • Building strong relationships to support managers and stakeholders with HR queries and questions
  • Leading and delivering on projects and to interpret HRMI data to present to senior managers
  • Be a real team player and ensure HR Administration and HR team processes are completed to a high quality and in a timely and effective manner
  • Renewing and introducing new Rewards and Benefits for staff in regards to the Staff package
  • Designing a new appraisal system, assisting the HRBP with various areas of the business
  • Large focus around the employee experience and employee engagement

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous HR experience within a similar role and environment
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies & procedures
  • Computer literate, word, excel, and HR Database Systems such as SAP
  • Sound knowledge of the principles of Employment Law in particular, Statutory rights, Equality Act 2010,
  • Discrimination & rights of individuals at work
  • Experience in absence control procedures & managing absence in general
  • Ideally qualified to CIPD or degree level in HRM.
