HR Advisor

Macildowie HR is working with a global business within the FMCG field to source a forward thinking and adaptable HR Advisor for a 9 month FTC. Supporting the HRBP, you will be a fundamental player in the collaboration of leadership teams to align the company strategy with the wider business.

Our client is hugely customer centric and is ever evolving it's people plan and HR strategy. Working closely with the wider business, you will be the face of the HR department and accountable for reviewing necessary policies and procedures to ensuring employee engagement levels remain sky high. Whilst championing the operational HR issues, you will also be responsible for upskilling managers to increase HR competency throughout the business.

So, what's the role?

Being the first point of call for all HR issues
Embedding the company people plan in the wider business
Creating company buy in to HR and company strategies
Developing managers knowledge and understanding of HR
Reviewing and amending policies and procedures where necessary
Ensuring employee engagement remains high
Support the development and implementation of the company change project

Think you've got what it takes? The ideal candidate will:

CIPD qualification desirable
Broad HR generalist experience in an advisor capacity
Being able challenge colleagues in a supportive and intuitive way
Managing change resistance
Knowledge and understanding of various HR systems
Demonstrated experience of handling highly complex ER cases
Impeccable communication skills, both face to face and remotely
High levels of confidentiality
Flexible in location

Package: c?36,000 / 9 month FTC / Full Time
