Macildowe HR are excited to be working in partnership with a Household name based in Warwickshire who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent and full time basis. The role is looking to pay up to ?18,000.


The Role


Working in this amazing organisation the man purpose of this role is to work alongside the HR/People Services Team to provide a comprehensive HR administration support to all areas of the business.


One of the major parts of this role is dealing with the pre and post employment administration, dealing with all the important HR transactional work such as creation of new starter packs, contracts and completing all right to work checks.


Alongside helping with the recruitment / onboarding administration this individual will help with basic employee relations cases, including note taking, coordination of meetings and the sending of outcome letters.


Another key aspect of the role will be handling all other general HR queries from employees, whether that is a question around holiday entitlement or making a change to someone's personal data.


This role is crucial to the efficient running of the HR department!


The Candidate


The ideal candidate must be a cultural fit for the organisation, meaning they are a team-worker who is happy to collaborate and help out organisation wide. Another key personality trait is someone who is keen to learn and develop as the organisation grows.


Alongside the cultural necessities, the candidate must have HR administration experience so they can hit the ground running, with experience helping the overall general HR process being a huge advantage to any applicants.

You must also be happy both on the phone and using computers, with excel skills being key for the successful candidate.
