Macildowie HR are working with a leading manufacturing business in Leicester as they look to bring on an experienced HR Administrator. You will support a number of sites alongside the wider HR team and will get involved with resourcing, training and development, industrial relations and system maintenance. Offering between ?18,000-?21,000 dependent on experience as well as other benefits!

The Role

You will provide support and advice to employees with regards to travel arrangements, room bookings as well as sourcing, booking and coordinating training courses as required.

Occupational Health will also fall within your remit as well as dealing with all personal details and updating the HR system constantly.

Collate data from completed appraisal forms and deal with all general admin prepare letters, draft contracts, sort filing, send recruitment and induction packs, update changes to private health scheme and other HR administration to support the team.

You will support the team with recruitment activities too, such as logging/tracking candidates, organise interviews, arrange inductions etc.

This role will also have a reception element as you will welcome and register company visitors professionally and courteously.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful HR Administrator will need to be a highly-efficient, self-motivated and a tenacious individual with the ability to pay attention to details, as well as be open minded and flexible towards change.

Excellent IT skills including the full Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Confident and professional approach when dealing with visitors in person and enquiries over the telephone.

Experience of working in a busy HR department is desirable but not essential.

This is a great role for someone who has a good grounding of HR Administration experience and looking for the next step up. You will get to work alongside a focused and driven HR team, giving you the opportunity to learn and progress over time and the role offers an excellent package!
