Macildowie HR are currently working in partnership with a well known instantly recognisable organisation based in Northampton who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their progressive and developing HR team. Looking to pay up to ?25,000 depending on experience. This role will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract with a potential chance of this being extended depending on business needs.

The Company
Within the HR Administration role, you will be working within the medium sized HR Head Office team, working closely alongside the reward and HR team. You will be assisting on a wide range of HR and ER issues from start to finish including managing the HR database, distributing contracts and offer letters through to providing first line of support to employees and line managers. You will assist on a range of issues on absence, performance and holiday requests etc through to assisting on a range of specific HR based projects.

All areas of HR will be touched upon within this role including implementing new systems throughout the office. You will also get the opportunity to assist on more complex ER cases and will be responsible for sending out invite and outcome letters for disciplinary and grievance issues. This is a very varied and diverse role that will expose you to all areas of HR and ER and a great opportunity to develop your career.

The Candidate
You will ideally have experience within an HR role along with previous admin experience. You will be a passionate and hardworking individual with a can do attitude that is capable of working in a high volume role and managing various tasks simultaneously. You will be looking to establish your career within an organisation and be willing to develop your experience within a generalist role.
