Macildowie HR are working with growing business in the Leicester area as they look for an HR Administrator to join their team. They work to extremely high standards and are one of the UK's fastest growing businesses within their sector. This is a permanent position, offering up to ?19,000 for the right candidate along with attractive benefits.

The Role

You will work closely with the HR Manager to support the HR team and wider business with end to end administration support, getting involved with everything from supporting with the recruitment lifecycle, to payroll and everything in between.

As mentioned, recruitment will fall within your remit, advertising roles on internally and externally, supporting with the shortlisting and interview process and sending out the contracts and offer letters to successful candidates.

You will also own the time and attendance system to ensure starters and leavers details are correct whilst liaising with payroll to collate the end of employment documents as well as monitoring absence levels across the business through reporting.

Support with the payroll process on a monthly basis ensuring that it is accurate and on time and answer any pay or holiday queries as necessary

You will also get involved with the reward and benefits side of things by amending and sending monthly pension payments on and supporting on various projects relating to reward.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong HR Admin background combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.

Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills and able to work on your own initiative, whilst being able to work under pressure.
