Are you looking for an HR Administration position within Warwickshire? Do you have a background in HR, administration and customer service? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you to get involved with! Macildowie HR is currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to work within a well-regarded FTSE organisation. This is a full time position and is a 6 month FTC initially with a salary of ?18,000 to ?20,000 dependant on experience.

The Role

This role will be working alongside the busy HR team, assisting with general administrative duties including updating databases, spreadsheets and arranging interviews by ensuring rooms are booked and letters are sent.

It will also involve ensuring all administrative queries are managed effectively and internal stakeholders are engaged with query management an ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and suggest improvements in service delivery

You will also be assisting the HR advisory team with various tasks as needed, for example note taking in disciplinary cases or the creation of new starter documents with a breath of knowledge of HR policies and procedures being ideal.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience gained from within an HR team ideally as the administrator

  • You must evidence strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills

  • Great time management

  • Prioritise and produce quality work under pressure

  • Have a pro-active and customer-focused attitude
