Macildowe HR are excited to be working in partnership with a fast paced and growing technology / online organisation based in Coventry who are looking for a HR administrator to join their team on a permanent and full time basis. The role is looking to pay up to ?18,000.


The Role


Working in this small organisation the HR administrator's role will be to support the current HR professional on all things HR. One of the major parts of this role is dealing with recruitment administration, from posting job ads to screening CV's and sorting out contracts post offer, all with the aim of hiring great people for the organisation.

Alongside helping with the recruitment administration this individual will help collate all payroll information, using great excel skills, and collaborating with the third party supplier, to make sure everyone is paid correctly and in a timely manner, which is essential to the smooth running of any organisation.

Another key aspect of the role will be handling all other general HR queries from employees, whether that is a question around holiday entitlement or making a change to someone's personal data.

The Candidate


The ideal candidate must be a cultural fit for the organisation, meaning they are a team-worker who is happy to collaborate and help out organisation wide. Another key personality trait is someone who is keen to learn and develop as the organisation grows.


Alongside the cultural necessities, the candidate must have HR administration experience so they can hit the ground running, with experience helping with the recruitment process being a huge advantage to any applicants. You must also be happy both on the phone and using computers, with excel skills being key for the successful candidate.
