Macildowie HR are working with a well known business in the Leicester area as they are looking for an HR Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team! This is a permanent role and is offering a salary between ?16,000-?18,000 plus other benefits.


This organisation are one of the leaders within their field and they are split in to 3 sections, this role will focus on 1 particular area. All 3 sections support the needs of more than 30,000 people every year so pace is key in this role!


They have an unrivalled reputation for delivering a real and lasting difference for its service users and have been doing this since 1980 so they have a solid grounding within their field of expertise.


The Role

You will provide the best HR administrative service across a number of different sites including Head Office, working alongside a team of experienced HR Administrators.

You will report in to the HR Admin Manager and ensure that all work in your queue is being handled effectively and within SLA's.

Putting together and sending out contracts and offer letters to new starters will be the majority of the role as well as checking employee references and assist with requests for them.

You will also be involved with administering a number of benefits, such as the healthcare scheme and handling all HR related queries that may arise.

The Ideal Candidate

The organisation is after someone with a minimum of 6 months HR Administration service, although this is not a massive necessity. You must have great communication across all levels and be highly organised.

Experience within a fast paced organisation and used to high volumes will be advantageous as this business moves quickly! If you understand the importance of working within a team and building relationships then this is the role for you as the business are all about team work.
