Macildowie HR have a rare opportunity for 2 HR Administration Team Leaders to join a large and respected organisation in Leicester. The roles have come around due to a change in the structure of the organisation as well as a number of acquisitions increasing the number of employees.

Both Team Leader roles will look after teams of up to 9 HR Administrators but will focus on different areas for the business as the organisation is split in to many parts.

It's an exciting time to join the business as they are growing and they have just built a fabulous office in Leicester to house all of their lovely staff!

The Role

You will be accountable for leading a small HR Administration Team between 7 and 9 and will support with the management of the wider HR Services team through providing a consistent, timely and cost-effective service to internal colleagues.

Be responsible for managing the daily activities of the team which will include new colleague contracts and employment checks

Ensure that HR service level agreements are achieved across the business whilst providing advice and coaching to upskill and provide continuous development to team members.

Ensure regular one to ones are carried out and ensure that there is an exceptional standard of customer service and quality provided

The Ideal Candidate

A proven HR team leader or Senior HR Administrator/Assistant who has experience of successfully delivering to SLA's and KPI's
Have sound knowledge of HR processes and policies along with a customer focused approach
Previous experience of managing a small team is paramount
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
Very adaptable with self-confidence

This is very rare that roles like these come up, and there are 2! This role would suit someone who has the managerial experience and understanding of HR processes, particularly within pre-employment, that can jump straight in to the warm and friendly team to continue to provide a top notch service to the HR team and wider business.
