Macildowie HR are working with an established business with the Leicestershire area as they look for an HR & Training Coordinator to work at their Head Office. This is a permanent position offering up to ?18,000 and will offer great exposure in to various HR activities, perfect for someone wanting to learn more about the world of HR.

The Role

To answer incoming calls and forwarding to the relevant department or advisor whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and accuracy

To co-ordinate renewals and produce the starter packs and associated fulfilment information

To assist the operational delivery team with all administration and formatting requirements.

To support the new business acquisition team with any administration requirements.

Responsible for the administration of the employee checking services

To chase Application & Declaration forms for various teams within the business and be the conduit between those teams and Accounts for all invoicing requirements

Prepare monthly and weekly reports in line with the agreed deadlines

To complete any other duties that may be required in order to meet the needs of the business as well as the HR Business Partners

The Ideal Candidate

An understanding of HR processes but a desire to learn more and gain more exposure over the years

Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail

Confident telephone manner and computer literate

Team player but also able to take on lone tasks whilst producing high quality work

An HR background would be highly desirable but is not necessary if you can demonstrate all of the above

This is a permanent position but it is moving very quickly so you must be able to be flexible with regards to interview slots otherwise you may miss out on the opportunity.
