A leading UK and European organisation who have undergone a large transformation in the last 2 years are currently looking for a an agile and creative Head of Reward to join their forward thinking team to design and implement the total Reward strategy. The role will be a key figure in the development of the total reward strategy for the UK and Europe and you will partner the CFO, FD and senior leadership team in order to design and implement new key reward initiatives aligned with key behaviours and to provide organisationally wide advice.

Reporting into the HR Director and managing a one direct report you will be involved in total reward across the organisation designing and implementing the Reward strategy and delivering on various strategic and operational projects. We are looking for a Reward professional who has worked in partnership with Finance and has strong financial acumen.
