Macildowie HR are working with a market leading distribution business on the recruitment of a Group Training Assistant. You will work with the Group Training Manager and support and monitor the delivery of training and training materials for the organisation. This is a permanent full time position paying up ?24,000 depending on your experience. There will be travel involved with this role so full driving license and car is required.
The Role You will get the opportunity to design and deliver various training sessions throughout the business with a larger focus on the customer service and sales side of the business. You will identify business improvement opportunities and offer training and development based on your findings. You will also operate in a 'Train the trainer' function for allocated training areas to ensure that you are upskilling colleagues and managers.
You will be able to support with the delivery of sales and revenue targets through administrative tasks and analysing performance data. You will use this to review the training programmes being provided and finding ways and new materials to use that will help to maximise the impact of training.
There will be the chance to get involved in ad hoc projects for the business in which you will either lead or support your colleagues in order to achieve the overall business goals. You will also be support and 'go-to' for health and safety training within the work place. This will include reporting of any incidents including near miss, hazards and accidents that are reported in line with company procedure.
The Candidate You will be confident and able to deliver training with an in house customer service tam, supporting with the creation and delivery of training materials. You will have experience of delivering training to employees of all levels. You will also be able to implement improved procedures and processes.
