Macildowie HR are delighted to be working alongside a large manufacturing business based in Northamptonshire in recruiting for a Group HR Officer on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The role will be a key part of the team and will be support the Head Office and Home Based functions within the Group offering reactive HR advice. This position is paying up to ?35,000 depending on your experience.


The Role
Reporting into the HR Director and Head of HR, the Group HR Officer will be responsible for managing the group recruitment process including authorising and advertising job roles, reviewing CVs, booking in interviews and providing detailed and appropriate feedback to the candidates. Following on from recruitment, you will also be responsible for the onboarding process ensuring that all offer letters and contracts are issued and completed along with correct and accurate right to work documentation.
You will support the HRD with all general administration when required and run regular reports to help them identify any trends. KPI information must be distributed to the correct line managers as and when required.
This role will enable you the opportunity to get involved with the businesses flexible benefits scheme and ensuring that this is maintained when introducing new initiatives. Flexible benefits can include childcare vouchers in which you which you will also be required to send to overseas employees on an ad hoc basis.
You will be responsible for making sure that any exit interviews is conducted in a timely manner and that all payroll documentation is completed correctly.

The Candidate
This a brilliant opportunity for someone looking at gaining exposure within a generalist HR role. You will need to have vast experience of the recruitment process including the interview and selection process. An eye for detail, excellent planning and organisation skills alongside a calm demeanour are essential for success in this role.
