HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Perm
Job Salary: ?40000-?50000

This is an exciting opportunity to provide daily day to day support to managers and employees across all functions of this international business. The responsibilities of this role are driving key processes across the business and emphasising consistency. The role will proved HR leadership across the entire region.

The Role

- Act as a partner to the business leaders on the organisations structure, employee relations, recruitment and selection as well as HR initiatives such compensation
- Full 360 coverage of the recruitment and new starter and leaver process, working with hiring managers when sourcing and screening of applicants, determining compensation rates and drafting job descriptions.
- Working alongside the business to identify and resolve issues within the workforce including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, as well as coaching and counselling managers on these processes, ensuring consistency
- Develop and recommend implementation of new HR initiatives, procedures, training documents and benefits related activities for all regions of the business
- Support communication initiatives within the business, ensuring timely delivery to all locations of the business


Skills Required

The successful candidate will have demonstrable long-term experience within senior HR positions; will be CIPD qualified and a strong understanding of employment law, as well as experience with international HR management. Our client is looking for an individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR team on projects and initiatives. Strong communication skills are required as well as the ability to connect with all levels of the business. The ability to travel within the UK and internationally and work extended hours as need is a requirement of this position.
