The Role

This busy and varied role is working within a global organisation based in Luton. Looking for a true HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations experience including TUPE and Redundancy. Whilst having hands on experience, with the processing of Payroll.

This truly generalist role offers the right individual a chance to be involved in everything from advising and assisting with consultation processes, Disciplinary and grievance matters and sickness management. Including end to end recruitment and the issuing of employment contracts and offer packs, references, on-boarding induction and development activities.

Taking sole responsibility for HR Information Systems administration, maintaining accurate records, standard and ad-hoc reporting.

20% of this position is Payroll, and this includes the preparation of monthly payroll for upwards of 300 UK staff. Liaising with account managers, and Finance departments to help resolve queries and to produce reconciliation and commentary report for Finance department to commit payroll.

Producing monthly payroll reports and providing pay slips to the employees and answer quires if required.
Year end: collate, prepare and distribute P11D data (a statutory form required by HMRC detailing the cash equivalents of employees' benefits and expenses that have been provided)

The Person

Must have experience within a corporate environment.
HR background at least 3 years with Demonstrable Payroll administration experience
Extensive knowledge of employment law including large scale consultations.
Extensive knowledge of payroll activity Inc. tax / NI
Ability to produce and interpret statistical information and reports
Works well autonomously
