Macildowie HR is delighted to be working with a leading global provider of software solutions in recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure into a more specialist area of HR and be responsible for the company's compensation structure. This opportunity is a temporary contract for 14 months and paying up to ?28,000 depending on experience.

The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring all HR data within the system is inputted correctly through the use of auditing and reporting tools. You will be responsible for the company's benefits schemes which mean you will have involvement with managing various costs and enrolling new employees onto the benefits plan. Alongside this, your key responsibilities will include:
Complete monthly cost analysis of the company benefit plans
Coordinate the annual renewals of the company benefit plans
Administer the company benefits within the companies HR System
Map new company job roles with a Job Title; Job Code and Job Level
Complete monthly administration for the benefits including enrolling new employees and removing leavers
Ensure that the compensation program is being used correctly by working with the HR team
Creating pay ranges, reviewing master data and mapping new roles when needed


The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have strong benefits & compensations knowledge. You will have a strong understanding of how to use Microsoft Office programs, including Excel. The role means you must be aware of the salary ranges within the market so ensuring you are kept up to date with salary benchmarking is essential. You must be able to communicate with key stakeholders and have an excellent attention to detail. The role will need you to be analytical and have patience when trying to problem solve. It is a brilliant opportunity within a well known business enabling you to expand on your current skills and knowledge.
