A leading organisation with a Head Office in Lichfield are looking for a Recruitment Manager to work closely with HR and lead on end to end recruitment of a broad range of roles at all levels. Looking for someone with end to end recruitment experience who has worked on various projects and someone who is keen to take the Recruitment function to the next level. You will be able to 'think outside the box' in order to recruit niche roles, using social media, headhunting, referrals and recruiting for personality/transferable skills for certain roles.

Within the role you will be responsible for the development and continuous review of the workforce plan, delivery of a talent attraction strategy and the identification and engagement of recruitment agencies. As well as defining and implementing the attraction strategy and recruitment processes/tools, providing technical support and advice to recruiting managers.

Other responsibilities include; being an effective first point of contact for recruiting managers, key stakeholders and HR seeking advice and guidance on all recruitment matters. Managing the relationships with external job boards, third party suppliers and performance of recruitment partners through regular performance review meetings. Developing and managing the employer brand for the business, undertaking research to monitor its position in the market.

The Successful Candidate
You will be confident in end to end recruitment and able to proactive source candidates including niche roles. You will have excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholder's in the business. You will have experience of managing and have proven experience leading projects. We are looking for a positive, engaging and enthusiastic people manager with a strong operational background. The company has a family feel whilst being professional as it's based in their head office. This is a fantastic role for someone wanting a hands on role with the opportunity to add value to the entire recruitment function.
